Remember, eleven days previous, Rollock wrote: "I will contact you again when I am advised the outstanding issues have been dealt with..."
My sister and I were there when the phone rang and Dad answered. It was Rollock again pushing for permission to send surveyors out when nothing had been done regarding the outstanding issues. I heard Dad raise his voice and say "fine, just do what you want then" and he hung up. Dad was very upset.
My sister and I reminded Dad that he did not have to put up with this kind of behaviour in his own home, nor did he have to allow any new oil/gas development until Rollock and EnCana respected his right as outlined in 'Section 2, Participate Involvement, 2.1 Overview'.
My sister and I penned this notice, on Dad's behalf...
Again we included our letter and questions dated April 20, 2006 as an attachment to this email.
