I would think the business transaction above sets a PRECEDENCE.
As this cheque indicates, in 2004 'OUR TIME' had a value and as business people we had this expectation going forward. Isn't this referred to in EnCana's circles as a "PATTERN OF DEALINGS"? If so, why did Encana renege on Sillito's written offer of October 19, 2006?
My observations on the issue.. Encana lies to get what they want. Encountering a little landowner resistance only makes them want more. For less, of course.
